Notice Regarding International Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)  As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes (VAT/GST) levied by your country.

Important: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Q: What does “preorder” mean?
A: This product is not in stock yet. By placing a preorder, you’re reserving your item in advance before it becomes available.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We expect to begin shipping orders starting in September 2026. This is, however, an estimate and may change based on production/supply updates and the current state of the world. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you by email.

Q: Will I be charged immediately?
A: Yes, payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your preorder.

Q: Can I cancel my preorder?
A: You can cancel your preorder for a full refund anytime before your order ships, just contact us (arknighttarot@gmail.com).

Q: Can I update my shipping address?
A: Yes, you will find a form to update your address on the Arkana Arknights Tarot website when we’re close to the fulfillment date.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide, except for: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, and North Korea. Delivery times and fees will vary depending on your location once the item has shipped.

Q: What happens if there’s a delay?
A: We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, via email and on the Arkana Arknights Tarot social media accounts. If any delays occur, we’ll share a revised shipping estimate as soon as possible.
